Had a lovely time at this quaint place. The bathroom was nicely done, and I had a bath that actually felt like a luxury after a long day! ! the in-room bar had a good selection of snacks which was a treat after coming back from dinner.

It wasn’t cheap at £95 a night, but I guess you pay for the experience.

The staff went above and beyond, especially when arrangements were made for us to celebrate our anniversary despite unexpected interruptions. The room was exceptionally cold upon arrival, with heating only available for a few hours in the evening. I found it unsettling that I had to request basic amenities, like toilet paper, which should have been provided. the presence of loud locals in the bar was uncomfortable, which made my dining experience less enjoyable.

Had a fantastic roast with my family! Generous portions and meats cooked to perfection. Great dessert selection too.
